APPLICATION

The application for assistance from the Captain Bob Gallardy Fire Service Education and Safety Fund can be downloaded from the links below in either Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word format.

The deadline for applications will be January 31st of each year, with awards made by March 31st

Applicant must be a an active firefighter in good standing with a Pennsylvania municipal, volunteer, career or combination fire department.

Preference will be given to qualified firefighters from Blair and Cambria Counties

Funds can be used only for:

Fees for Pennsylvania state firefighter certification programs.

State approved fire service training and/or training materials for local level or resident programs.

Fire service college credit courses and/or materials

Approved fire fighting personal protective equipment
